The loading of the shelves, that is normally made during the night, has a first phase of pieces distribution and a consequent positioning of them onto the shelves. This guarantees agreed and functional timing for sale.

The frozen products arrived in the warehouse are verified through controls according to HACCP starting from the temperature of the vehicle, stocked in the refrigerating rooms up to -20°C. The processing of frozen goods comply with particularly strict procedures in order to avoid thermic shocks during loading. The rules foresee a precise compulsory type of garments for operators, strict times for people to stay in the refrigerating rooms and length of breaks.
